If you don't subscribe at the end of the 7-day free trial, your account moves to a 7-day read-only grace period. You can still sign in, view every record you've created, export your data, and subscribe to reactivate full access — but you can't add new entries, send messages or invite anyone new.
After those 7 grace days, the account is locked until you subscribe. Sign-in still works and shows a clear “Subscribe to regain access” prompt with a support contact link. Your data stays on file for 90 days from the lock date so you have time to come back.
